Nature’s Garden Hosts Raw Food and Yoga Retreat

Nature's Garden Health Center, in Allenton is launching its retreat program this fall with a Kick-off to Raw Living Foods and Yoga, October 6–8. Coordinated by Karen Urbanek, the retreat provides full immersion into the world of raw and living food preparation and nutrition, detoxification, natural skin care and holistic health. Attendees also enjoy daily sessions of yoga and body toning.

In the belief that nature can restore wellbeing, Nature's Garden Health Center holds the retreats in two Washington County locations, with hundreds of acres of wilderness featuring a labyrinth, myriad nature trails with scenic vistas, fresh air and natural serenity, plus spa services. Saturday night’s presentation includes a formal raw food dinner at ZuZu's Organic Café. Participants are encouraged to invite guests.

For those new to raw and living foods, this opportunity can jump-start a new healthier way of living. Those already enjoying the lifestyle will cherish the chance to relax and rejuvenate with like-minded people and to reflect upon how their lifestyle brings them vitality and vibrancy.
