Journey Into the World of Acupuncture, Yoga and Ayurveda

Santosha Yoga & Ayurveda co-owners Nikki Estes and Scott Fisher are teaming up with David Fife, head acupuncturist at Lake Country Acupuncture, for Acupuncture, Yoga & Ayurveda, a special, two-day event, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., January 18, and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. January 19. The Friday evening session will teach participants about the incredible healing systems of acupuncture, yoga and ayurveda, highlighting the history and life-enhancing benefits through lecture and discussion. On Saturday morning, theory will be put into practice through a yoga class for all levels of fitness. Afterwards, all attendees will receive an individualized acupuncture treatment and enjoy healthy ayurvedic refreshments.

“Empower yourself towards better health by discovering three ancient, all-natural healing systems,” Estes says. “You can reduce or eliminate stress and pain while improving physical health, strength and mobility. These modalities can increase vitality and help you feel younger while healing at the root level of your issue naturally, rather than suppressing symptoms with pharmaceuticals.”

The two-day workshop is free, and attendees will receive an additional free yoga class and acupuncture treatment for attending. Bring a friend, and both attendees will be gifted with two free classes and treatments at Santosha and Lake Country Acupuncture. Spaces are limited, and pre-registration is required.

Location: Santosha Yoga & Ayurveda, W307N1497 Golf Rd., Ste. 102, Delafield. For more information, call Lake Country Acupuncture at 262-337-9578 or Santosha Yoga & Ayurveda at 262-271-4972, email [email protected] or visit SantoshaYogaAyurveda.com or LakeCountryAcu.com.
