School of Sound and Healing Names New Co-Education Director

Kathryn Rambo

Music therapist and sound teacher Kathryn Rambo was named co-education director for the School of Sound and Healing, at Angel Light. Rambo has been a part of the core faculty for the school since 2015, and was instrumental in co-creating the comprehensive, 114-hour certificate in the Sound Healing program.

Rambo specializes in training in the many aspects of sound fundamentals, along with Tibetan singing bowls. With over 40 years of experience as a professional music therapist, meditation instructor and sound healer, Rambo can transfer her knowledge and experience to students at the school as they pursue their interest in using sound for self-healing.

Rambo performs with graduates of the School of Sound and Healing during monthly Harmonic Attunements at Angel Light, using the frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, Nana bells and the steel tongue drum and frame drum. She also works with individuals on a one-on-one basis. The School of Sound and Healing will begin its next six-month certificate program in November.
