Wholistic Chiropractor Helps Enhance Performance

Whether competing in a sporting event, playing a musical instrument or doing housework, many individuals are interested in improving their speed, strength, coordination and endurance. For more than 25 years, Edie Beguelin, D.C. has helped people with this type of performance enhancement. A wholistic chiropractic doctor, she specializes in healing techniques such as applied and clinical kinesiology, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release and Reiki. During the month of December, Beguelin is offering new patients $15 off their initial exams.

Beguelin helps enhance performance by improving the way bones, joints and muscles work together. As one muscle contracts, many other muscles must relax in perfect harmony; otherwise, the muscles fight each other and waste energy. For muscles to work harmoniously, the bones to which they attach must be properly aligned, and nerve and energy flow to each muscle must also be optimized.

“As a wholistic practitioner, I focus on treating the whole person,” explains Beguelin. “This means addressing health from a structural, chemical and electromagnetic perspective. I also address the underlying cause of any presenting problems or symptoms. This approach works well for both acute and chronic conditions.”
