Children’s Outdoor Coaching Sessions Foster Youth Empowerment
Certified life coach and intuitive Teresa Humphrey is now offering life coaching for children outdoors in Wauwatosa and in the greater Milwaukee area. The focus of the sessions is about helping each child realize his or her magnificence, to embrace their uniqueness, to increase strength and resilience, and to live the most joyful life possible.
The ongoing coaching sessions take place in a natural setting or park at locations that are convenient for each client. “Coaching sessions can be done in the woods, by Lake Michigan or near a stream, or wherever the child and parent is comfortable,” Humphrey says. “Coaching in nature allows for freedom of movement in a more relaxed setting. Nature is a place to reap the benefits of the Earth’s energy and provides a beautiful place to talk.”
Humphrey worked for 30 years with children and families as a pediatric nurse. After discovering how effective reiki is for relieving stress, she took classes from local reiki practitioner Susie Raymond to master energy healing techniques. Humphrey has been an energy healing practitioner for nearly a decade.
