Wellness Professionals Unite to Offer Women’s Empowerment Circles

Aubrey Poglajen

Aubrey Poglajen, of Ananda Healing Collective, along with registered yoga teacher Jozi Tatham and energy healer Ellie Badji, are collaborating to facilitate women’s empowerment circles starting January 10. The circles will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. every other Thursday, at Siddhi Yoga, in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood.

The women’s empowerment circles will focus on building community and empowering women to harness assertive communication, which focuses on personal responsibility and supports the Divine Feminine rising energy. The goal is to create a safe space that focuses on neutrality, non-judgment and grounding, where women can learn to communicate in a loving way and support each other.

Poglajen is a licensed acupuncturist and owner of Ananda Healing Collective. She is trained in Chinese medicine and CranioSacral Therapy, with a focus on emotional and trauma healing. Tatham has a master’s degree in yoga studies. She owns Siddhi Yoga, and her training includes Street Yoga and Yoga for Social Change. Badji is a healer, educator and writer. She has spent her career in human service, including volunteer work with AmeriCorps. She is an energy healer and wellness coach.
