On March 18, journey into a world of alternative health care with free workshops, health care specialists and practitioner booths at the Spring Into Wellness conference, which is designed to be an educational, fun, exploratory event that offers the public alternative options for healthy living.

Other events include yoga demonstrations, breath work and chakra movement classes, hands-on healing and therapeutic oils demonstrations and a crystal and stones beginner’s class. Educational presentations by Rose Koremenos, Diane Bloom and Free Spirit School students and alumni provide additional learning opportunities. All attendees receives a free stone from Free Spirit Crystals.

Free Spirit School Directors Rose Koremenos and Diane Bloom bring over 60 years of experience and knowledge in alternative healing modalities. In its 10-year existence, the school has had 12 graduating classes which provide the community with heart-based practitioners and a shift in consciousness.
