Housekeeper Crockery Copper
Handcrafted Bowls Available Locally

The new House Copper line of products from Housekeeper Crockery is now available for purchase online or locally at Rustic Palate, in Cedarburg, and Blue Heron Artisan Marketplace, in Port Washington. It includes pure, solid copper five-quart bowls—the first made in America in decades—with handles handmade by a Vietnam veteran in Michigan.

“Recent studies have shown copper’s extraordinary ability to kill bacteria in a matter of minutes. Plus, these bowls will last several hundred years,” says the owner and designer at Housekeeper Crockery, Sara Dahmen. “They will not only perform better than other mixing bowls, but copper actually reacts on a molecular level with proteins to create perfect foods, like whipped egg whites.”
