Natural Awakenings Milwaukee Magazine

Wellness Classes at
the Institute of Beauty
and Wellness

The Institute of Beauty and Wellness, an accredited Aveda beauty school located in Milwaukee’s Third Ward, will begin offering $10 wellness classes this summer. The focus will vary between yoga, meditation and nutrition.

“Incorporating a regular wellness routine can help support reduced stress levels and weight loss,” says Director of Marketing Lynn Marie Reich. “This provides an opportunity to do so at an affordable price point.”

Founded in 1994 by Susan Haise as the Skin Institute Esthetic Training Center, the Institute of Beauty and Wellness has expanded its program offerings to include massage therapy, cosmetology, ayurveda and nail design. The institute’s programs are approved and licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, the Educational Approval Board and the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences.

Location: 327 E. St. Paul St., Milwaukee. For more information, call 414-227-2889, email [email protected] or visit IBW.edu. Natural Awakenings readers will receive a free class when they mention Natural Awakenings before September 1.
