Stacy Krafczyk, a psychic medium, Reiki master teacher and animal communicator, will lead her Envision Your Life workshop from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., January 16. As people ring in the new year, Krafczyk notes that it is a perfect time to begin to see, feel and envision not only 2016, but one’s whole life. The day will cover affirmations, mantras and vision boards, as well as a meditation.

The class is designed to help participants determine their deepest desires and wants, identify and express goals, visualize dreams and make them become a reality. “Perhaps you’re on the right track, but just need time and motivation to ‘just do it,’” says Krafczyk. “We’ll go into details of particular areas you need extra help in individually and use the good juju of the group to magnify it. Sometimes it helps to just sit down and make time for yourself.”
