Yenor will apply her expertise in Muscle Activation Techniques and human biomechanics for Hip Hip Hooray, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., October 8, where she will share new ideas and gentle exercises for keeping hips healthy. From 6:30 to 8 p.m., November 12, she is hosting Movement is Medicine to provide important alignment concepts, body mechanics training and natural movement activities to keep the body functioning independently and pain-free.
