AromaWellness Introduces Stress-Relieving Essential Oils Blend

Uma Bagadia

Uma Bagadia, owner of AromaWellness, in Brookfield, has created Pain Soother, an essential oils blend designed to help manage and relieve stress. According to Bagadia, the topical application of plant-based, natural, pure essential oils can be highly effective in relieving stress and calming the nervous system without any side effects.

AromaWellness sells 100 percent pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils, oil blends and carrier oils, to be used as part of a holistic approach to health and well-being. In addition to topical use, Bagadia says essential oils can be inhaled directly, steam inhaled, used with a diffuser to disperse aroma into the surrounding air for therapeutic benefits or added to bathwater to create an aromatherapy bath.

Bagadia is a certified clinical aromatherapist and Reiki healer. She earned a master’s degree in genetics while living in India. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She worked for more than 20 years as a medical technologist for major hospital systems in Wisconsin.
