Abundant Joy Yoga and Wellness will collaborate with neighboring companies in the Oconomowoc Lakes Plaza for a free, indoor/outdoor, health and wellness fair, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., May 4, immediately following the 10th annual Lake Walk for Cancer around Lake Fowler, in Oconomowoc. More than 25 wellness practitioners will offer samples, demonstrations, classes and information. Attendees can also enjoy an outdoor healthy cookout, plus raw and vegan lunch options and a raffle giveaway.

Activities include yoga, martial arts, yoga on standup paddleboards and aerial yoga. Exhibitors and demonstrations cover areas including personal training, life coaching, parenting support, children’s wellness, animal health, chair massage and Thai bodywork. Vendors will display and sell healthy snacks, natural skin products, art and jewelry. Attendees can participate in classes including a light cardio workout, Nia dance and a group wellness cleanse that can assist in weight loss.
