Domo Geshe Rinpoche Teaches the Spiritual Practice of Loving Kindness

Domo Geshe Rinpoche

White Conch Dharma Center presents Domo Geshe Rinpoche, a reincarnate Lama of the Geluk tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, who will explain metta, or Loving Kindness, a meditation practice taught by the Buddha to heal troubled states of mind and to help the practitioner develop selfless, altruistic love. It is a simple, yet profound method to stay balanced, treat everyone lovingly and soften the defensive barriers between one another.

Three classes will be taught: Loving Kindness as a Spiritual Practice, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., April 12, at Angel Light Center for the Healing Arts, 13300 Watertown Plank Road, in Elm Grove, for $15; Touching the World with Loving Kindness, from 12:30 to 4 p.m., April 14, at the same location, for $40; and The Healing Power of Loving Kindness, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., April 15, at The Atrium at Rolling Spirit, 6169B Industrial Court, in Greendale, for $15.

Rinpoche is founder and spiritual director of White Conch Monastery and Dharma Center, founder of Grand Transitions Hospice and Institute and author of Mystery of Emptiness & Love and Red Lotus Buddhist Wisdom.
