Nikki Jencen, a holistic health coach and owner of eNVy You, LLC, hosts Party with Health, from 9 to 11 a.m., September 1 at Treetop Yoga Studio, in Lisbon. Jencen promises a two-hour nutrition and healthy living workshop delivered with spunk and style. She suggests that learning about the foods they were born to eat will help attendees to make permanent changes in their lives.

“I’m kickin’ it up five health notches by teaching you how to fall in love with yourself, food and health,” enthuses Jencen. “I help people look and feel their best, so they can live life to its fullest without depriving or starving themselves.”

The event also includes a session of stress-relieving stretching, meditation, group interactive learning, a mini-lecture and the opportunity for one-on-one consultations with Jencen to explore individual health concerns and uncover intuitively what is going on inside the body.
