We are excited to once again be offering our Chakra series with our monthly sound bath events. In the next 7 months we will move through the Chakra system as the theme for each month. 

The Root Chakra is connected to our survival instincts and is closely related to our fight or flight response. Ruled by family, it gives us our sense of belonging. Cacao is a grounding meditation and we will combine it with this event to help create community and amplify the messages this chakra has in store for us. 

Join us for an afternoon of sound & energy, bathing in the healing vibrations of powerful instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, hand pan, harp, shamanic thunder drums and more played by Laurel Ziemienski of Ananda Healing Arts while Leslie Coshun of Infinity Reiki Healing & Tammi Kapitanski of Remedy Within offer each guest a mini individual reiki session to help go deeper into the experience and facilitate mental, emotional and spiritual healing. 

This experience will help to activate the body’s natural healing system. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically and mentally aligned.

The silk hammocks will NOT be available for this event

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled

Doors open at 1:45pm

Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided upon request. Please dress comfortably.

THE FLOOR IS HARDWOOD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHIONING AND ADDED COMFORT. The studio has plenty of blankets, bolsters and a few yoga mats available for our use!
