Join Dan Huber as you journey into spiritual gardening! You will have the opportunity to explore the natural wonders that exist in the world of gardens. Here we find all the mysteries of life unfold: birth, life, growth, death and rebirth all exist simultaneously, much like the divine essence that flows through us. When we work in a garden, our hearts, souls and bodies open to a new dimension of life that brings us closer to our own as well as Universal life enhancing qualities.

In our journey, we will explore many different ways of gardening for different purposes, such as the Knot Garden, Ancestral Garden, Birth Garden, Aromatherapy Garden, Herbal/Healing Garden, Gaia Garden, and Feng Shui Garden and explore the wonders each has to offer us. We will spend particular time with the Medicine Wheel Garden and the Labyrinth as reminders of our eternal connections. We will also explore the plants and energies that each garden has to offer us for daily inspiration on our earth walk.

About the Instructor:

Dan is a child, adolescent and adult therapist. Having worked in mental health for over 50 years, he continues to find interest in expanding human consciousness growing each day! To that extent, he also adds meditation, alternative mental health healing, and consciousness expansion into his work with healing the wounded human spirit. Helping individuals with the process of healing ancestral trauma and wounds is yet another aspect of the depth psychology work he offers for healing the human heart and soul. As a life long student and practitioner of Yoga, mindfulness meditation, biofeedback, Native American, indigenous and Eastern Studies, he integrates a wellness/self-care perspective into my teaching and therapeutic activities. He has published numerous articles on parenting, child development and pathways to personal growth and fulfillment. His current interests focus on “depth psychology/psycho-spiritual growth” helping individuals find the deeper meaning in life through meditation, spiritual development, and consciousness expansion. Currently, his interests are focused on engaging nature and our higher consciousness in the healing process.
