Unlock your full potential with this dynamic class that blends strength training with yoga-based mobility work. Designed to build strength, increase joint stability, and enhance range of motion, this class helps you move better and feel stronger — both on and off the mat. Expect a thoughtful mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and deep mobility flows that support functional movement, bone density and injury prevention as well as balance work to address muscular imbalances and improve core strength. This class is online or via recording. Equipment that will be needed: hand weights, exercise bands, yoga blocks . Optional equipment that may be used: rubber balls. This series is offered in studio/ live online or via recording. Sign up for Mondays and/or Wednesdays.
