Whether you’re carving down a ski hill or gliding through snowy trails, this yoga class is designed to support the unique demands of both downhill and cross-country skiing. We’ll target the major muscle groups used in skiing—quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and hip flexors—while challenging our core strength to enhance balance, endurance, and control. This class will include a breath-centered flow, overall mobility work and focused stretching to aid in recovery, improve circulation, and keep you moving fluidly in the snow. Ideal for skiers of all levels—no prior yoga experience necessary.
