Menopause Transitions: Yoga for Body, Mind and Mood
Learn to use the tools of yoga to ease through Menopause.
This workshop incorporates gentle yoga, breath work, and meditation to support the body, mind, and emotions through the natural body shifts that women experience. The menopause transition is complex, spanning a significant portion of a woman’s life. While many symptoms are common, each woman’s experience is unique. Yoga offers a pathway to help women experience the menopause transition with awareness, acceptance, compassion, and even joy. Join April in creating a supportive community to practice new ways of meeting the time-honored challenges of menopause. Women in any phase of the journey are welcome! Taught by April Frankmann RYT
