I have been practicing Reiki since 2004, although my first experience with Reiki was in 1999 at a healing circle where I received Reiki automatically from Spirit. In this class you will learn the history of Reiki, hand placements for self care and for treatment of others. We will discuss energy and the chakra system and well as some additional anatomy to help you on your healers journing. Even if you only use Reiki for your self - this would be a great place to start. Come with an open mind and heart as we create community around this wonderful healing modality.
