The Shamanic Journey Circle is an opportunity to come together in sacred space to practice the art of Shamanic Journeying. No prior experience is required. We will open the circle with drumming and calling in the directions. Followed by some instruction on how to find your helping spirits and power animals. You are encouraged to bring a journal, water, an eye covering, a frame drum (not necessary) and blankets or pillows for your confort. We have yoga mats and such, but bring your creature comforts. There is carpeting, but no underpadding, fyi.
