Option II: Self-Care

Tues., May 13: Atha: The power of NOW; Tues., May 20: Three Yamas: Ahimsa (non-harming), Svadhyaya (self-study), Santosha (contentment) through gentle movement (slow flows), meditation, and breathwork practices; Tues., May 27: Supporting Elements: Earth, Air, Space, Fire, Water; Tues., June 3: Parasympathetic Nervous System and Vagus Nerve: Passive, therapeutic, restorative class using proper (non-effort)
Classes for 18 yrs of age and up, yet geared towards maturing bodies. Ability to get up and down off the floor (or a chair) without assistance required. Chairs available. Some Yoga experience helpful. Each 75/min class includes education, relaxation, breathwork, and/or meditation, and movement each week.
Classes $20 for individual classes or a $65 commitment for the full series, 10% discount for educators, first responders, healthcare professionals, parents/caregivers/adult students, and persons in recovery.
