Option I: Interrupting the Cycle of Fragility

Tues., May 13: Detoxing Mind, Body, + Spirit (with a lymph-focused flow); Tues., May 20: Balancing Mind, Body, and Spirit (featuring gentle slow flow with Metta meditation and Nadi Shodhana breath); Tues., May 27: Fascia Play: Yin Yoga (longer holds allowing for fascial release); and Tues., June 3: Grounding Day to enhance physical and mental stability (featuring an end of practice/end of series Yoga Nidra)
Classes for 18 yrs of age and up, yet geared towards maturing bodies. Ability to get up and down off the floor (or a chair) without assistance required. Chairs available. Some Yoga experience helpful. Each 75/min class includes education, relaxation, breathwork, and/or meditation, and movement each week.
Classes $20 for individual classes or a $65 commitment for the full series, 10% discount for educators, first responders, healthcare professionals, parents/caregivers/adult students, and persons in recovyer.
