Leading edge techniques for optimal health
Indian Trail High School believes that staff and teachers should always feel their best. TPS Wellness will be teaching all Indian Trail staff self-care techniques for optimal health and treating pain symptoms.
Tom Spiros from TPS Wellness will teach self-care techniques using specialized therapy tools. A licensed massage therapist and self-therapy coach with over 20 years of experience, he focuses on empowering individuals to become their own therapists.
Attendees will learn how to treat physical pain symptoms and increase their health through self-care techniques. This workshop presentation is for all that want to be in optimal health and feel their best. It is for those that want to prevent physical discomfort or are suffering from chronic pain, neck and back pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, arthritis, TMJ, carpal tunnel, sciatica, joint pain, knee pain and hip pain, frozen shoulder, accident and sports injuries, exercise recovery and much more. Participants will learn how to achieve a pain-free lifestyle through self-care practices. All practices can be done from a seated or standing position.
Spiros has authored several therapy books and developed tailored self-therapy programs. These programs are meticulously designed to address specific muscle groups responsible for a wide range of pain symptoms. By teaching effective techniques using specialized therapy tools, TPS Wellness ensures clients can treat themselves efficiently and independently. Just practice along and see how much better you feel!
In addition to learning valuable self-care techniques, attendees can purchase self-therapy tools and workbooks for their own personal practice. Spiros champions the belief, “Information is power.” He invites everyone to embrace self-care and regain control over their health.
