The Autumn Equinox honors the harvest by acknowledging our growth and recognizing our efforts. We prepare for our new cycle of growth, and as we become silent and rest we make space for our greater self to emerge. This is a time to make space for a fresh perspective into the new season and to give thanks for the many blessings you have. The equinox is also all about harmony and balance, to replace stagnant energy with new. As the weather changes and we move from the light of summer to the dark of winter, we reflect on our achievements and perhaps some opportunities that went unfulfilled. Give yourself gratitude for making the necessary changes in your life for your highest good. Give yourself grace for learning valuable lessons when projects or relationships hadn’t worked out as intended. Let's celebrate the magic of this season!

Join Angelic Roots for an intimate sound healing meditation and Autumn Equinox Ceremony! This event will feature healing vibrations from a variety of gongs—Paiste, Grotta Sonora and Chau. As well as healing drums, chimes, rattles, and multiple hand-crafted Tibetan and Quartz Crystal singing bowls. There will also be a short guided meditation, essential oils, and crystals. The event will include an Autumn Equinox Ceremony and 60 minute gong bath.
