Join Molly for a spiritual meditation practice that uses ancient mantras to induce relaxation and calms the mind. This practice can be used anytime, anywhere to help with stress, anxiety, depression, and will heighten your overall well-being. During the hour class, Molly will introduce 1-2 mantras that center around a theme that we will explore through our time together as well as their connection to each other. She will provide the meaning and background of each mantra that we will be working with. Then, we will explore each mantra through chanting as well as repetition of the mantra through a Japa Mala practice.
