This beautiful Heart Centered Meditation will be focused on the powerful energy emitted by the heart center and includes a guided exercise using the heart's unique purification capabilities to clear and release emotions. In addition, there will be a guided meditation deepening participants into their unique connection to the heart center. During the guided meditation, Reiki will be offered to participants open to receiving it.

Gathering limited to 10 participants. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and whatever you need to be completely comfortable. Doors close 5 minutes after start time and late entry is not permitted.
