Explore Spirituality, Heal Old Traumas, and Stimulate Personal Growth with NeoShamanic Breathwork. Come participate in a full-day experiential process starting with a discussion of Breathworks: it's origin, how it works, and what to expect. In the morning, half the participants will do a 2 1/4 hour process with a partner sitting for him/her, followed by doing a mandala drawing. In the afternoon, the partners will trade places. Then we'll each share in a group discussion of our experiences. It will be held in Classroom #4 (The Spirit Play Room) at LCUUC. We'll also be using the Social Hall for breakout sessions and lunch. This event is for adults over 18 years old, and any adults they wish to invite.
