Join us for a restful practice of Restorative Yoga. Learn to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Restorative yoga poses inspire and challenge us to fully relax muscles, slow mental activity, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to breathing, and tap into our nervous system’s natural reset and healing capacities.
During this 2-hour discussion and hands-on practice, we will explore the health benefits, prop setup, and personal customization of several common postures. Leave this session with an in-depth understanding of how to make restorative postures work best in your body - in class and at home.
Receive a detailed handout, a prescription for personal practice, and all the tools you need for daily self-care. This session is open to all interests, abilities, and skill levels!
Wear layers for temperature comfort. Bring yoga props that make you feel comfortable. We will supply everything you need.
