Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation
Donna Mosca will lead us in a day of gentle yoga, quiet reflection, and mindfulness.
Join us for a day of quiet reflection, as we experience how gentle yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practices increase our awareness, of our physical body, the compulsive thinking mind, and our spiritual well-being. This retreat will allow for an opportunity to consciously choose how we want to show up in the world, through relaxation practices that stabilize the mind and allow for the clarity necessary to move in the direction of our dream. Come away with a stillness and peace that will enhance your life, assist you in applying mindfulness and meaning to your daily life, and cultivating more JOY and less suffering. No experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, but yoga mats are available on-site if needed.
