This retreat is based on the research of Brené Brown, PhD. It will encourage and guide participants to explore Wholehearted Living™ to learn its effect on who we are and how we experience our own Spirituality. Through well-planned interactions, participants will be invited to dive into Brené’s research in a practical and intimate way.

The aim of this retreat is to offer participants tools to rewrite their own stories. Participants will be offered the opportunity to individualize their own experience by taking time for personal reflection, exploring the Siena grounds, walking the outside labyrinth, and visiting the lakeshore.

Participants will be encouraged to use the Creativity Room and its art materials to complete the growth exercises that are part of the experience.

Friday, May 19, to Sunday, May 21, 2023 The retreat begins at 6:30pm on Friday and concludes with the noon meal on Sunday. Cost of $275 includes $75 nonrefundable deposit, overnight accommodations, and meals.
