We are born with original blessing, each of us with individual personality traits, attunements, and gifts. We fill the world with our singular combination of holy quirkiness, generosities, and ways of working out the intricacies of human and planetary relationships. In this complexity, even Jesus asked, “Who do you say that I am”!

On Friday evening we will review the spiritual tradition of the Enneagram with the goal of recognizing our own “type” and learning the traits of the others. Come somewhat acquainted with the nine-point schema and the results of the Inventory that you will receive from us ahead of time. There will be displays, books, cartoons, and conversations to help.

On Saturday we will consider the challenges and gifts of each type in relation to our inner and outer lives, with an eye to our spirituality, desires and gifts for good, snags and compulsions, and special ways of being and serving in the world. Then taking an Inventory on spiritual charisms, we will notice these sacred gifts intertwining with our enneagram leanings, and see how our hearts express them for the common good.

In an optional evening on Saturday, participants can work with the material, sharing practical, relational, and spiritual insights, questions, and applications. The presenter will be available as resource. Another option is to take time alone to relax and do your own integration. We will conclude with breakfast Sunday morning.

One Night Option: Friday, January 20, to Saturday, January 21, 2023 The retreat begins at 7:00pm on Friday and concludes at 4:00pm on Sunday. Cost of $195 includes $65 nonrefundable deposit, overnight accommodations, and meals.
