Do you want to try yoga? Join us for an introductory community-based FREE Yoga class.

This class is slower-paced than an all-level class. We focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational yoga poses. Come to learn, play, and move in a supportive, welcoming environment. All bodies are welcome. Taught by a rotation of highly-skilled and experienced yoga instructors, each teacher brings something unique to the practice. 

IN-PERSON class for 16 people. Pre-registration required. Book online or call us at 414-265-5606. We will supply mat and props. If you prefer, bring your own yoga mat and props, a towel, and a full water bottle.
