HEY MKE! Join us for a movement experience. We're coming together for a night of community, movement, + music!
Coach Axel will start the night by leading you through 45 mins of a strength and conditioning workout, expect to sweat, move, and push yourself. Following, coach Eileen will take over for 45 mins of yoga, connecting you back to your breath and guiding you through a funky flow. Our house DJ, Tista, will provide the beats throughout the event followed by some time to mingle, drink and dance after! Complimentary alcoholic beverages will be provided after yoga.
