Our chakras are energy centers found along our body that are linked to our emotional, physical and mental state of being. When balanced we are aligned and in flow. When the chakras are unbalanced dis-ease can manifest in the body. Join Amy Ramirez and explore each chakra individually. In each class we will dive deep into one chakra. Workshop participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the chakra, learn how to balance the chakra using crystals and sound. During the workshop we will also go through different activities and meditations that will aid in aligning the chakra being discussed. All participants will also receive a crystal grid related to the chakra and playtivities [fun activities] that they can incorporate throughout the month to continue to heal and balance the energy center.
