Begin to feel the difference from Head-2-Toe!

Learn a series of simple and easy to perform exercises that will make a big difference in how your body feels. This program incorporates the principles of the slow, relaxed movement of Tai Chi Chuan and is ideal for those who are middle-aged and older.

Each week you will learn four exercises that are specifically designed to impact the well-being of each of the following major body areas:

  • Neck
  • Shoulders & Elbows
  • Fingers & Wrists
  • Back & Hips
  • Knees, Ankles & Toes

Ongoing, regular practice of these exercises will help:

  • Reduce your aches and pains
  • Increase your range of motion and flexibility
  • Improve your strength and balance
  • Decrease your stress and tension
  • Help you feel years younger
