This workshop will highlight practical meditation techniques and positive ways of thinking you can use to control your mind, rather than being overwhelmed by the experience of anxiety. In each session of this workshop, Buddhist monk Gen Zamling, will provide practical instruction and guide meditation you can practice anytime.
