Platinum Sky Farms joins MKE Yoga Social with their baby dwarf goats!!!

Join us for this hour long yoga events filled with gentle movements and cuddles with adorable little goats at the Menomonee Falls Farmers Market! Includes 30 minute of super chill, sure to be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 30 minutes of mingling with the baby goats.... we'll even help you achieve those photo worthy poses! We all know the benefits of yoga - stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, mental focus just to name a few, but why add the goats? Being around animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support and boost your mood.... and baby goats are really damn cute!
