YogaSix is accredited through the Yoga Alliance, the largest nonprofit association representing the yoga community. The organization fosters high-quality, safe, accessible and equitable teaching of yoga. Y6 offers six different class types, from hot and powerful to slow and mindful. Beginner and sculpt classes are also available. Their teachers have been trained in the Y6 methodology to provide a consistent but creative experience for each class type while individualizing the yoga experience for each student.
