Midwest Women’s Herbal will hold its 10th annual Mycelium Mysteries Women’s Mushroom Conference from September 18 through 20 at the Bethel Horizons Retreat Center, in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. The location provides a beautiful setting with comfortable lodging and a diverse habitat for exploring the natural world.

The program includes more than 40 workshops, mushroom forays and keynote addresses covering a wide spectrum of information on mushrooms, fall herbs and their ecological associations. Meals will be provided by the retreat center’s culinary team.

The conference offers programming for all knowledge levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Featured keynote speakers include Sue VanHook, Ruth Barrett and Rose Tursi. Workshop topics include cooking with mushrooms for health, beginner and advanced mushroom and tree identification, medicine making, creating art with the natural world, healing drum journeys, mushrooms for the endocrine system, women’s mysteries and connections, blending mushrooms and herbs, collecting seeds and much more.
