PELVIC PHYSICAL THERAPY | BIRTH DOULA
Meet Dr. Nicole Thurow. As a Pelvic PT, Nicole helps clients achieve their goals with bowel and bladder concerns, pelvic and abdominal pain, navigating pregnancy and postpartum, and postsurgical recovery. As a Birth Doula, she provides physical and emotional support to pregnant individuals and their birth partner(s) throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery.
With a focus on meeting the needs of the whole person, she provides care that clients value—including exercises and strategies that naturally fit into daily life, flexible options that work with their budget and collaboration with other trusted providers.
Dr. Nicole is one of fewer than 1,000 board-certified Pelvic and Women's Health Clinical Specialists in the U.S. She has also pursued advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum care, chronic pelvic and abdominal pain management, and helping individuals return to confident, pain-free intimacy.
Her clinical expertise enhances her holistic birth doula approach with a deeper understanding of positioning techniques, comfort measures and medical decision-making processes—helping clients confidently navigate their birth experience.
Serenity's clinic is designed as a safe, serene space to unwind while receiving care. As a mother herself, Nicole also strives to make care accessible to moms by encouraging littles to join in treatment sessions.
Dr. Nicole is continuously looking for ways to support her clients even better. In 2025, she added a Breast Care package to support breastfeeding and weaning journeys—treating mastitis and clogged ducts with ultrasound, lymphatic drainage massage and other helpful strategies.
She is looking forward to adding Dry Needling later this year to expand treatment options for scar management, pelvic pain and other pelvic and abdominal concerns.
