Karina Ramsey will host Lunar Harmony: Empowerment under the Full Moon, a one-hour meditation and sound healing experience designed to foster deep relaxation, renewal and feminine empowerment, at 6 p.m. on April 1 in Kenosha. Centered on the full moon in Libra, the evening begins with a discussion of the moon’s astrological significance and how its energy influences emotional balance and the collective landscape.

Participants then transition into a guided meditation accompanied by live drumming, intentionally crafted to help women realign with their intuition, release what no longer serves and awaken inner strength. Rooted in feminine spiritual traditions, the gathering encourages deep self-reflection, intuitive attunement and supportive community connection.
