The long-running Wellness, Body, Mind & Spirit Expo will be celebrating its 23rd expo over 11 years, with one held each fall and spring season.

The beloved “One-Stop Shop for Natural Wellness” returns from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on November 15 and 16, at the Holiday Inn Milwaukee River Front. Hosted by event producer, Dr. Joanne Flanagan, the wellness fair features a plethora of health vendors, along with the newest advances in natural health awareness.

For those interested in learning more about natural and holistic health, the event offers the chance to meet doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, psychologists, reiki masters, yoga professionals, psychics and life coaches. Attendees can explore gemstones, crystals, jewelry, essential oils, aromatherapy and organic products that can help one stay fit and healthy. The event includes free informative and enlightening presentations by life-enhancing specialists, resources for a cleaner, healthier home and more. 

For local wellness businesses and providers, this is a great place to reach more people and make face-to-face connections with other holistic providers and people who may benefit from their healing services.
