Golden Light Healing Retreat Center, in Sobieski, is hosting Mavis’s Ways Mediumship Training from August 7 to 10. The transformative program honors the life and legacy of Mavis Pittilla, one of the most respected mediums of the last century.

Mavis dedicated over 55 years to mediumship, known for her deep trust in the Spirit World, her exceptional ability to communicate between worlds and her powerful, inspirational teachings. Since her passing in 2022, her widow and longtime collaborator, Jean Else, has carried forward Mavis’s mission to train and uplift aspiring mediums. Jean, along with Mavis Pittilla Authorized Teacher, Annie Gee, will guide participants through Mavis’ structured approach to becoming a Whole Medium—one who serves with authenticity, clarity and deep connection.

Attendees will engage in interactive, hands-on training, learning techniques to strengthen their spirit communication, refine their presentation skills and develop confidence in delivering unique and evidential messages. The program includes insights into the Spirit World’s perspective on communication, exclusive footage of Mavis’s teachings and an exploration of the deeper meaning and responsibility of serving as a medium.
