On the fourth Thursday of each month, from 5:15 to 7:15 p.m., Sacred Spaces invites spiritual seekers to gather at BodyIgnite, located in Cedarburg, for a transformative afternoon of connection, balance and vitality. This $30 gathering fosters personal growth through mindful practices, reflection and community engagement.

Participants can expect guided workshops, spiritual ceremonies and a nurturing environment that encourages self-discovery and healing. Whether new to the spiritual path or a seasoned practitioner, attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, bolster, eye pillow, water bottle, pen and journal.
