Updates for 2024:
Sacred Spaces is launching in January. This group will meet on the last Friday of each month in Cedarburg, WI. This space is aimed to bring a sense of well-being, stress relief, and inner peace to the body, mind and energy body. BodyIgnite also organize retreats that provide a break from daily life and focus on wellness, self-discovery and relaxation.
