MKE Yoga Social: Practice Yoga with Baby Goats

Goat yoga transforms regular yoga into an animal-assisted experience. Working with these friendly animals helps lower anxiety and reduce loneliness. MKE Yoga Social’s third annual MKE Goat YogaTM (#MKEGOATYOGA) season starts March 11. Classes will be held at venues including Enlightened Brewing Company, Cooperage and the Menomonee Falls Farmers Market, with additional classes coming soon.

“This is a very limited series that is done while the goats are still babies and are at the ideal age to be included in this experience,” explains Jessica Hope of MKE Yoga Social. Platinum Sky Farms brings their baby Nigerian dwarf goats to the yoga sessions, which are filled with gentle movements and lots of cuddles.
