Good Cookie Class Teaches Secrets Behind Tasty Gluten-Free Cookies

Griffin’s Grain-Free Goods, makers of the grain-free, gluten-free, plant-based Good Cookies, is launching a virtual Good Cookie Class to educate participants on how to make their cookies at home. The first class takes place at 4 p.m., October 17, and will feature the Good Cookies Chocolate Chip Maple flavor. Another class is to be determined. Participants will also have access to a private Facebook group to ask questions, share their creations and connect with others about grain-free diets.

“People with irritable bowel syndrome or celiac disease have a harder time tolerating gluten, sugars and dairy and can get sick from cross-contamination very easily—especially since the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) allows 20 milligrams of gluten in products labeled gluten-free,” explains John Griffin, founder of Griffin’s Grain-Free Goods. “I realized the best benefit was to teach people how to make the cookies. It allows those who attend the ability to control their environment and make food with tools they can trust so they don’t have to worry.”

Cost: $77. For more information, email [email protected] or visit GGFG.online.
