Holiday Folk Fair International Celebrates Cultures of the World

The 76th annual Holiday Folk Fair International, America’s premier multicultural festival celebrating the cultural heritages of the people living in southeastern Wisconsin, takes place from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday, November 22; 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, November 23; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, November 24. The event will be held at the Wisconsin State Fair Park Exposition Center. Attendees can enjoy music, food, dance and art from over 50 ethnic groups in a welcoming atmosphere honoring culture and diversity.

Highlights of this year’s fair include the All Nations Theater, with traditional music and dance; the World Café, offering traditional dishes; the International Stage, where young people perform their ethnic dances; Tanzhauz, a dance and sing-along with traditional musical styles; and the Coffee House, Heritage Lane, International Bazaar and the Chef’s Stage.
